It all starts with a 30-minute chat during your complimentary Discovery Call. I’ll learn more about your dream vacation, understand any special needs and preferences, and leave plenty of time to answer your questions.

Review Your Options
If you decide to hire me to design your vacation, I’ll send over your Planning Fee invoice and get started! Then, I’ll create your trip proposal, and once you review it I’ll make any tweaks needed to ensure it’s a perfect fit.

Prepare & Pack
Once we finalize your itinerary, I’ll handle all the details and deposit deadlines from here. About a month before your trip, I’ll conduct your final trip audit to triple check your flight and reservation details—and review your final itinerary with you one last time.

Discover with Confidence!
You’ll get access to your full itinerary and travel documents via a handy app—plus a downloadable version if you prefer to print a paper version! Need assistance while you travel? Reach out to my in-destination partners or myself for support so we can help you navigate any travel hassles.

Is there a fee for hiring you to plan my trip?
In most cases, yes. Charging a Planning Fee allows me to offer a premium service and keep my client roster small, so I can give every client the attention they deserve. For “package” vacations like cruises, group tours, and all-inclusive resort stays, I ask for a Planning Fee of $150 per trip—this applies only to first-time clients, so your next package vacation is fee-free! Additional fees apply if you want a custom land-based itinerary before or after your cruise.
For an independent trip to Europe, my Planning Fee is $300 per week for up to two locations; this reflects that advanced research and planning required for a more in-depth and customized itinerary.

Why should I work with a travel advisor like you instead of planning on my own?
While I do save you tons of time by taking the research and booking off your plate—I think the biggest reason is because a professional travel advisor can plan a better trip for you. Thanks to my own extensive personal travel experience, I can give you first-hand advice on what to see and do (and skip) in your destinations, and through my industry connections I’m able to book incredible, exclusive tours and experiences for you.
